Abstract Supercritical fluids are alternatives to conventional harmful organic compounds. In the case of supercritical fluid extraction, CO2 is most common solvent and can be advantageously modified with small contents co-solvents like ethanol ethyl acetate. The rigorous estimation tracer diffusion coefficients (D12) solutes in mixtures (CO2 + co-solvent) requires their individual D12 values pure co-solvent under same operating conditions. This essay focuses diffusivity quercetin (solute) two compressed liquid (ethanol acetate). Quercetin a natural compound possessing wide variety bioactive properties, used as one noticeable dietary antioxidants. measurements accomplished by chromatographic peak broadening technique over 303.15–333.15?K 1–150?bar. lie between 0.414?×?10?5and 0.813?×?10?5 cm2s?1 ethanol, 1.06?×?10?5 1.69?×?10?5 Influence temperature, pressure hydrodynamic coordinates analyzed discussed based on relevant transport theories.
